What we do

We provide tailored travel research and advice. You tell us what you are looking for. We research destinations and hotels and recommend options that suit your plans. If you decide to go ahead, we arrange the hotel reservation and any additional services we have confirmed with you, such as an airport transfer. We do not arrange flights, visas or travel insurance.

Your offer

Before you pay, we send you a written offer. It shows the hotel and your dates, the room category, what is included, the total price in AED, the cancellation deadline and the time zone it applies in, and any charges payable separately at the hotel, such as local taxes or deposits. Prices and availability are confirmed only when your booking is confirmed.

Price

We quote one total price. There is no separate consultancy or planning fee.

Payment

If you accept the offer, we send you a secure payment link for the full quoted amount.

Confirmation

After you pay, we make the reservation and send you the confirmation. If a paid reservation cannot be confirmed, you receive a full refund.

Hotel conditions and special requests

The hotel's own conditions apply, such as check-in times, deposits and house rules. Special requests, upgrades, early check-in and late check-out are guaranteed only when we confirm them to you in writing.

Changes

If you want to change a confirmed booking, contact us and we will ask the hotel. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.

You are responsible for passports, visas, flights and travel insurance, and for giving us accurate traveller details.
