What we collect
The details you give in our enquiry form: name, email, phone, destination, number of adults and children, interests, accommodation preference, budget, travel dates and any message. Details you send us by email, and traveller details needed to make a reservation. Basic technical data collected by our website platform to run and protect the site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, research options, prepare your offer, make and manage your reservation, process payments and refunds, and keep business records.
Who receives it
The hotel, and any transfer provider you book, receive the details needed for your reservation. Wix, our website platform, hosts the site, stores form submissions, emails us when a form is submitted and collects basic site statistics and error reports. Wix's spam filter, which uses Google reCAPTCHA, checks form submissions. Our payment provider processes payments made through a payment link. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
You enter your card details on the payment provider's secure page, not on our website. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Booking records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.
Cookies
Wix sets cookies that the site needs to work securely. We have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising or tracking tools.
